Free Shipping:

Most items ship for free to the 48 contiguous United States. Items that are heavy and/or fragile have a flat rate shipping charge. Please view the specific product page for shipping details. Items that ship for free will be marked by "Free Shipping". Items that have a flat rate charge will be marked as such. 

 

For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico please contact us for a quote.  

 


International Shipping

For shipping to Canada, Mexico, or any other country please contact us for a shipping quote 


Available Items:

Items that are in stock and available will ship within 1-2 business days. 


Custom Order Items:

Items that are not in stock and need to be ordered will ship within 7-21 business days. 


Packaging:

We take great care in packaging our items to ensure their safe and undamaged arrival to our customers.

However, we cannot control how the shipping companies handle our merchandise.

This is why we ask our customers to inspect the item upon delivery, and if there is any damage, refuse the delivery and do not sign for it. If this happens, contact us immediately and we will handle the situation and get a new item shipped to you.

Returns & Replacements


Customer satisfaction is our number one goal. We ensure that all our items are packaged properly in order to reduce the risk of damage. Should you receive an item that is damaged please follow these steps:


-Check the box and the item upon delivery! Especially if the box looks damaged make sure to open it and check the item!
-If the item is damaged mark "DAMAGED" on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.
-Make sure to contact us within 48 hours after receiving a damaged item.
-If you would like to return an undamaged item please contact us for a RMA within 7 days of the delivery of the item.

Please note: Any undamaged items that are being returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and the buyer pays return shipping. For details visit our Terms & Conditions page.
